AROMAS
Delicate aromas of spicy dark cherries and dried herbs with hints of strawberry sorbet and cedar oak.

TASTE
The aromas echo the palate to create an alluring Sangiovese with flavours of cherries and cranberries with juicy acidity. Balanced with fine grain oak tannins providing length and lingering flavours of raspberries on the finish.

ENJOY
Pair with the classic Italian favourite Spaghetti Bolognese or an antipasto of cured meats and hard cheeses.

WINEMAKING
The single vineyard parcels were harvested on the 1st April, 2021 in the cool of the night.
