Guillaume Gonnet’s delicious fruit-driven Le Reveur Rosé is a modern refreshing style with lifted redcurrant, strawberry aromas and herb garden/ garrigue notes. The palate is well concentrated with plentiful red berry flavours, attractive suppleness on the mid-palate and fresh long crisp acidity. Le Reveur Rosé is typically a blend of 50% syrah and 50% cinsault from organically farmed vineyards in the Southern Rhone area. The wine is vinified in stainless steel and matured for around six months before bottling. The style has instant appeal to the Australian palate because of its generosity, crispness and authenticity.
