Lifted cherry and brooding dark fruit aromas combine seamlessly with sweet chocolate and mocha undertones to deliver an intense, generous and full bodied wine. The perfect accompaniment to Wagyu Rib Eye on the bone cooked medium rare with a Stilton cheese sauce, sauteed Padron peppers with garlic and sherry vinegar. For a lighter option, charcoal roast some Barossa chorizo and serve tossed with green peppers, okra and black beans.
