Here we have harnessed the raw elements and natural ingredients of the land, using local grains of wheat and barley, and water sourced from the snowy mountains. 36 degrees south is a climate that is unlike anywhere else in the world, the extreme seasonal temperatures for aging allows us to develop a whisky that is smooth yet complex with true depth of flavor.
