Bin 389, often called ‘Baby Grange’, blends the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the richness of Shiraz, creating a classic Penfolds red. Bright crimson in colour, it opens with lifted aromas of rich dark fruit that carry through to a balanced palate, where the sweetness of Cabernet meets the savoury depth of Shiraz. Perfectly cellared, it’s drinking beautifully now, with oak and tannins providing structure without dominating.
