Soft and sweet aromas of brown sugar, baked apricot, wild strawberry, and nutmeg are followed by a wonderfully soft palatre with complex aromas of barrel spice, fruit and oiled leather. A fine & easy drinking bourbon. Named in honour of Clyde May - a moonshiner by trade & a craftsman by night, known for producing outstanding Alabama style whiskey.
