St Hallett OR Blackwell Shiraz 2018
Crimson red with purple hues, this wine bursts from the glass with aromas of blackberry tart, berry coulis, cocoa and sweet spice. The palate is rich and opulent, with intense blackberry and mulberry flavours layered with milk chocolate and baking spice. Supple, polished tannins and well-balanced oak make it beautifully structured. Perfectly cellared to show at its best, it’s drinking wonderfully now while retaining elegance for the years ahead.
