Mionetto Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene
To make this refined Extra Dry Prosecco, the fruit of Mionetto’s lengthy wine making expertise, the white grapes are gently pressed and the must is immediately chilled and fermented following the Charmat method.
Meticulously produced from grapes grown in the prosecco superiore DOCG zone, which makes the finest expression possible of the glera grape. The result is an elegant wine with a distinctive, luminous straw yellow color and a fine persistent bead of Pin-point bubbles. It’s rich bouquet expressive of intense white flowers, apples and peach with a subtle touch of citrus.
