The vineyards that produce this delightful Fiano are located in Manduria, a region of Salento in Apulia, Southern Italy. An evocative wine showing straw yellow colours with gold hues, a warm, and an inviting nose with elegant hints of elder flowers and citrus fruit. It's medium-bodied with a well balanced acidity giving freshness on the palate. Perfectly suits fresh pasta dishes such as “spaghetti allo scoglio” or “linguine alle vongole” or with seafood and shellfish. .
