Pepperjack Chardonnay
Traditional winemaking techniques and an eye to modern styles allow us to create wines that are synonymous with the regions they are from. Rich, honest wines that showcase the regions in their most natural light. Pepperjack Chardonnay is a modern style with aromas of white peach and grapefruit with subtle nutty oak. The palate is balanced with ripe stone fruits with a slatey acidity which gives length and complexity to the finish.
