Tungsten Carbide Polish Centre Black Line Ring. Available in Size U. Approximate Dimensions: 8mm Width. 'Tungsten' is derived from a Swedish phrase meaning 'heavy stone' in honour of its weight and strength. On its own tungsten is brittle but when chemically bonded with other elements it becomes 'Tungsten Carbide' which is then a metal alloy with superior strength, hardness, and durability. It rates 9 on the 'Mohs' scale of mineral hardness (with 10 being the hardest), it is 3 times harder than titanium and cobalt chrome. All designs are 'comfort fit' with no sharp edges. They will not rust or tarnish, maintaining the polished finish for many years to come. Can be ordered in sizes S to Z+2 instore only.
