NEW Brown Brothers Prosecco Zero Victoria NV
Awarded 87 Points in the 2025 Halliday Wine Companion, Brown Brothers Prosecco Zero is a light, fresh and vibrant non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Victoria. From the makers of Australia's No.1 Prosecco*, it is crafted using traditional winemaking techniques, where the wine is gently treated using spinning cone technology to remove the alcohol while retaining the fresh fruit flavours, lively bubbles and signature character of Brown Brothers Prosecco. It shows a straw colour with subtle green hues and a delicate nose displaying apple and pear characters. On the palate, fresh fruit characters are supported by a crisp structure and savoury edge, delivering a clean and refreshing finish. This alcohol-free Prosecco is perfect for pre-dinner drinks, celebrations and entertaining with friends. Delivering full flavour with zero alcohol, the lively bubbles and refreshing palate make it an easy-drinking sparkling wine for those who enjoy fresh, vibrant styles. Best served chilled in a sparkling wine flute and enjoyed now while young and fresh, Brown Brothers Prosecco Zero pairs beautifully with sushi, sashimi, charcuterie, marinated olives and soft cheeses such as brie, where the wine's freshness enhances flavour and balances savoury richness. *Circana Weighted MAT to 5/4/26 (excludes private label estimates)
